60 Minutes UltimateBet and Absolute Poker Program Delayed

Poker fans who had been looking forward to this weeks highly anticipated feature story that 60 Minutes has been preparing on online poker will now will now have to wait until November. It is now rumoured the hour-long programme will air on November 9, during the final table competition at this year’s World Series of Poker (WSOP) event in Las Vegas.
The program, which was initially set to focus on the Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker scandals, will now also report on recent developments in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, where Governor Steve Beshear has tried to shut down internet gambling sites such as PokerStars, DoylesRoom, and FullTiltPoker by seizing their domain names.
