FTOPS X Boosts Full Tilts Poker Traffic To A Yearly High

Traffic to Full Tilt Poker.com saw a massive increase on Tuesday with a recorded average of 9,704 poker players per 24 hours, it's busiest day so far this year, according to Market Pulse.

The increase was due in part to the start of the 10th edition of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS X), which is offering a massive $16 million guaranteed prize pool spread over 25 events. The highlight of this years FTOPS is a $500 buy-in heads-up No Limit Hold’em event, a $5,000 6-max No Limit Hold’em tournament with a guaranteed $2 million prize pool and the $500 buy-in Main Event which has a $2.5 million guaranteed prize pool.

Each of the tournaments 25 events will be hosted by a Red Full Tilt Pro. Some of the pros scheduled to host events at FTOPS X include Gus Hansen, Jennifer Harman, Isaac Baron, Matt Vengrin and Mike Matusow
