UltimateBet Only Major Poker Room Accepting eCheck

Jun 9, 2009 - 9:28:09 AM

There was much speculation last week among the online poker community when the world's largest poker rooms PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and UltimateBet withdrew the Instant eCheck option last week.  There were reports that the US Attorney General's Office was behind the shutdown of the service although these have yet to be confirmed.

eCheck poker deposits are one of the most popular deposit options so the withdrawal of the service was a major headache for both players and poker rooms.

The good news is that Ultimate Bet have now resumed the eCheck option and are once again accepting deposits.  It's not clear yet when the eCheck deposit option will be reinstated on the PokerStars and Full Tilt networks.  In the interim, Ultimate Bet will surely capitalize on the advantage and increase their already growing market share.
