PKR.com Unveil Their Inaugural Team PKR Pro

PKR Poker broke the mould again today when they announced their first ever, professional poker team. Rather than going for a group of established household names, the trail blazing poker room opted instead to sign 6 rising stars from the PKR.com community.

These 6 players will form the inaugural "Team PKR Pro" and will act as envoys for the 3D poker room at live tournaments, as well as contributing content to PKR.com. Players at PKR.com will also have the opportunity to take on these pros at special bounty events and cash games.

The new pro team were announced at the start of the PKR Live II festival, which is taking place at London’s Loose Cannon. PKR.com have chosen Norwegian Kai Danilo Paulsen who secured a 5th place at the 2008 Irish Open, Andrew Teng, winner of Grosvenor UK Poker Tour 2008, British TV Presenter and writher Ashley Hames, PKR Live runner-up Henrik EKlund, PKR community favourite James Sudworth and PKR Live finalist Raymond O’Mahoeny.
