High Stakes Poker Returns To GSN In February 2010

The wildly popular TV poker show High Stakes Poker looks set to return to our screens for it's sixth season next year.  News leaked out this week when Barry Greenstein let slip that the shows makers were planning to gather the players together for filming in October and November 2009.

The No Limit Texas Holdem show is broadcast on the GSN network in the US.  A return to its schedule always looked likely after the success of the 5th season where Tom "durr" Dwan's loose play made for some very entertaining viewing.

GSN have yet to make an official statement on the 6th season although it will most likely be broadcast sometime in early 2010 and will almost certainly involve big names like Daniel Negreanu, Patrik Antonius and Doyle Brunson.
