Eoghan "Intruder123" O'Dea Wins ECOOP III Title

The European Championship of Online Poker III Main Event was won by Eoghan 'Intruder123' O’Dea, son of WSOP bracelet winner Donnacha 'The Don' O'Dea.  The young Irishman came out on top of a field of 1,283 players to take home the first prize of $315,000.

Paddy Power Poker player O'Dea could go one better later this week when he competes for the $1,000,000 first prize at the Ladbrokes Poker Million VII semi final.

This years ECOOP took place over 14 days has become one of the biggest tournaments ever played on iPoker Network with a prize pool of over $4 million.  After 15 hours of play, O'Dea eventaully took home the $1,060 Main Event title.
